So my wife made chicken tortilla soup today. N.B.D (no big deal). Shes pretty much like Martha Stewart but like twenty years ago, back when Martha Stewart was hot. I consider myself quite the food connoisseur. Its been said that there are two type of people in this world: Those who eat to live and those who live to eat. I definitely fall into the latter group. I would say a good portion of my day (at least 60%) revolves around when, where, how, and what I will eat. Once, while in New York, I turned down the opportunity to visit the Empire State Building because I heard about a little Greek Deli on the other side of town that had killer Gyros that I just had to try. So anyways, like I was saying, my wife made this soup. But seriously, this was not just your everyday soup. It literally changed my life. I am pretty sure I had a intimate experience while ingesting it's warm goodness. I wont go too into its production because I'm decently sure I will keep the recipe a family secret until I make millions mass producing it. Also I don't want anyone ruining their keyboards with the large amounts of saliva that would be sure to drip steadily from your gaped mouth as you read about it's sweet brilliance. Suffice it to say it involved appropriate amounts of garlic, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, cream of something broth, lime juice, and marinaded chicken. If that isn't enough it was topped off decadently with a healthy amount of cheddar cheese, avocado, sour cream, and homemade corn tortilla strips. This is what the camera captured.

Hi. Were the Jones's.
Hi all! So yep... we got a blog. My good friend Andrea and I would say we wouldn't get a blog until we had hubbies and kiddos. Well now I've got a hubby so it seemed appropriate to get a blog. But I won't be the only one blogging. Christian will be participating in this too (well, so he says). I think he just wants to see who will be funnier. Always a competition with that man. So just a little, little about us. We sealed the deal on July 15, 2011 and now we are living our happily ever after here in Provo, Utah going to school, working, and having fun in between. I am sure you will learn more about us as we go. But as for now, stay tuned. I promise it will not be a waste of your time.
